The Skinny Rules: Strength includes four Workouts of the Day (WOD) that focus on full body strength training to increase muscle mass while melting away your fat. Bob blends upper and lower body movements to tone the arms, legs and abs using dumbbells.
The Skinny Rules: Abs contains three Workouts of the Day (WOD) with V-ups, plank holds, ab splitters and more that will help you lose inches in your midsection! Get ready to burn fat and sculpt your abs!
The Skinny Rules: Yoga contains two 30 minute yoga workouts which incorporate yoga moves and strength training to get your heart rate up, improve your flexibility and trim you down.
Also included is a 4 week calendar that incorporates workouts from the entire series to get you moving, track your progress and keep you motivated!
Equipment Required:
Yoga Mat recommended for the 2 Yoga workouts; All other exercises require either no equipment, or 1 or 2 dumbbells. Core WOD 2 and Core WOD 4 uses a Kettlebell but you can substitute with a Dumbbell; Workout Mat (optional)
