This recipe book and its stories reflect that mission. Many of the dishes are family favourites and can be easily modified to suit individual tastes, with ingredients being changed depending on what is available in your area. I have always loved cooking from a very young age and have spent endless hours reading recipes books and stories of food in local areas from all over the world. I have used many personal influences including travel in France, Italy and the UK, to create dishes which are accessible to families, busy couples and people cooking for themselves or friends. Often dishes will be created using inspiration from countries that are on my bucket list, using ingredients I can walk out my back door to collect.
Both of our sons also have a love of cooking, and many precious family memories have been built in the kitchen or around the meal table.
