This book presents a study of modeling and analysis of MEM elements in circuit theory. Part I introduces the literature review concerned with MEM-elements and their recent applications. Part II introduces two new models for double-loop hysteresis behavior of MEM-elements as well as a generalized HP memristor model in the fractional-order domain. Part III investigates the concept of memristive oscillators in the circuit theory, where the behavior of the reactive elements is replaced and emulated by memristors. Part IV discusses the memcapacitor element and its modelling in the circuit theory. The final part of the book discusses the meminductor element and its modelling in the circuit theory.
