When you are going to "Yu Garden(豫園)", a famous attraction at Shanghai, do you think you can get the place by yourself with an information such as "It takes around 5 minutes from Exit 1 of subway Yu Garden(豫園) station"?

Even if you stand at the exit 1 of the station as the information, which direction will you proceed next? To the right or to the left? You might have experienced a similar situation when you are a stranger to the place.

How about this one for the garden?

"When you stand at the exit 1 of metro "Yu Garden(豫園)" station, you will find a small garden in front you. Go around 150 meters through the garden and you will meet a road at the end of the garden. Take the way around 100 meters to the right and you will find a crossroads. There stand many oriental buildings in a row across the intersection. It's "Yuyuan(豫園) Commercial District where "Yu Garden(豫園)" is located in. Cross the roads to the oriental buildings and enter the district. Then, you will meet "Yu Garden(豫園)" shortly."

This is the reason why this book says that you can get all attractions at Shanghai by your own self. If you download this book in your cell phone, you have nothing to prepare for the ways to the interesting spots you want to pay a visit. Maps and photos taken every nook and corner will give you full confidence for the ways to the attraction.

Attractions at Shanghai can be largely divided into 4 parts.

(1) The first one goes to downtown, the left side of Huangpu River(黃浦江). The famous river runs between The Bund and Pudong. You will meet many attractions downtown such as "Yuyuan Garden(豫園)" which has been built for 18 years by a retired government official, a huge park of "People's Square(人民廣庄)", overcrowded shopping street of "Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street(南京路步行路)", a European cafe heaven of "Xintiandi(新天地)", a Chinese traditional arts street of "Tianzifang(田子坊)" and so forth.

(2) The second one goes to "The Bund(外灘 Waitan)" which is the most attractive spot at Shanghai. It has a long promenade beautifully prepared along the Huangpu River(黃浦江). The night views at The Bund deserve to be said the best of Shanghai.

(3) "Pudong(浦东)", a new world of Shanghai, is crowded with skyscrapers, malls and restaurants. You will meet "Oriental Pearl Tower(东方明珠塔)", the landmark of Shanghai, 101-story-building of "SWFC(Shanghai World Finance Center)", "Super Brand Mall(正大圹场)" and so on.

(4) The last one goes to the waterside ancient villages such as "Zhouzhuang(周庄)" and "Tongli(同里)". They are located at the skirts of Shanghai. You will find the old face of Shanghai at "Zhouzhuang Ancient Town(周庄古镇)" which is called the best ancient waterside village with a history of more than 900 years.

As explained above, how to get the mouth of attractions by yourself, is the main purpose of this publication. If you download this book in your cell phone, you need neither to chase after a guide nor to ask passers-by the way for your destination. Your mobile phone will show you the whole ways to the attraction. Relevant maps and photos taken every nook and corner will get rid of your concern about whether you are on the right way or not.
